Booking

How do I book a table?

Search for a restaurant or browse by area, pick a date, time, and party size, and send your reservation request. Some restaurants confirm instantly; others are confirmed by our team shortly after, so you'll always know where things stand from your Account page.

Do I need to pay to book?

No. Booking a table on Hajzi is free - it's a reservation, not a purchase. You pay the restaurant directly when you visit.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Yes, any time before your reservation, from your Account page. There's no cancellation fee.

What if the restaurant doesn't confirm my request?

If a restaurant can't accommodate a request, we'll let you know so you can pick another time or place.

Rewards

How do I earn rewards?

You earn rewards as you complete bookings. Your first completed booking unlocks bonus chatbot messages, your fifth a free treat on your next visit, and your tenth 10% off your next visit.

Where can I see and use my rewards?

See your rewards on your Account page. To use a treat or discount, select it when booking your next table, and the restaurant will honor it when you visit. This works on trust with the restaurant; no special code is needed.

At the restaurant

What if I'm running late, or my party size changes?

Contact the restaurant directly, or reach out through your booking confirmation, and they'll do their best to accommodate you.

Can I order or split the bill through Hajzi?

At participating restaurants, yes - scan the QR code at your table to check in, browse the menu, order, and split the bill with your table.

Account

Do I need an account to book?

No, you can book as a guest with just your name and phone number. Creating an account lets you save favorite places and see your booking history in one place.

How do I delete my account or data?

Message us on WhatsApp at +963 939 675 529 and we'll take care of it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
